We believe its important for you to know who you are working with, thats why we've asked each member of the Derry Bros team to give you a little more detail about who we are.
Firstly let me introduce you to Michelle, as one customer put it - she's a great girl! Michelle has a wealth of experience in distribution, thats why she has a real empathy with you and knows how important it is to get things sorted.
Many of our customers will know Paula of old, she's worked for Derry Bros for many years and has a wealth of knowledge and experience in the industry.
And then there is me, Brigid Derry. I have been in the industry for more years than I care to remember. I learned the trade from my father, who was a tough task master, but taught me that very valuable lesson, our customers always come first.
Our approach is underpinned by one mantra, our customers come first each and every time. We each take full responsibility for our customers ensuring that once you decide to pick up the phone to us you are guaranteed a personal contact from beginning to end of a booking. You have to agree that that’s a bit unusual in this age of “please hold whilst we try and connect you”!
